The DMR5-A and DMR15-A have a capacity of 5 and 15 kilograms respectively and come standard with an external cyclone and adjustable fans and motors. And there’s a good reason for that: we believe a Master Roaster should always operate with a safe, easily accessible, and easy-to-maintain cyclone. This keeps the work clean, efficient, and reliable—day in, day out.
In addition, the adjustable speeds give the roaster full control over every airflow and movement in the process. While this is often an optional feature elsewhere, we consider it a given: a true Master Roaster should have the freedom to fine-tune every detail of the roasting process to perfection.

Compatible with Cropster and Artisanallowing you to easily analyze data and optimize workflows. All components, from roaster to destoner, can be operated via the Dutch Master Roasters App (iPad).

The control system of a Dutch Master Roaster has been developed based on years of experience in building control systems for other coffee roasters. Thanks to this knowledge, the system has been further refined and has become even more precise, responsive, and energy-efficient.
While conventional systems often operate with fixed settings, the DMR reacts dynamically to every adjustment in the process. The roaster automatically adjusts ventilation and heat, allowing you to maintain the perfect ROR.
Moreover, motors and fans only activate when needed, resulting in a quieter roasting process, lower energy consumption, and a longer lifespan for each component.
As the name suggests, the destoner is designed to remove stones from coffee. During the processing and packaging of green coffee, small stones can end up among the beans. Naturally, you don’t want these in your coffee machine, as they can seriously damage the grinder.
To remove these unwanted particles from the roasted coffee, the beans pass through the destoner. Our destoner is specially designed with organic coffee in mind and requires minimal maintenance. While other systems use a leather chute to drop the coffee into the silo—a component that requires regular maintenance and replacement—our destoner operates completely without obstructions.
Thanks to the use of gravity and the difference in density, the flow proceeds smoothly and naturally. This keeps the coffee undamaged and uncontaminated, while minimizing maintenance.
The control of our destoner is managed via the Dutch Master Roasters iPad app. Since the destoner is directly connected to the coffee roaster, no additional connection is required.
The ECO-15 is designed for effective and eco-friendly odor filtration during the coffee roasting process.
The system contains two filter cartridges that together ensure an odorless final result and also capture the released essential oils, creating a cleaner and safer working environment.
The ECO-15 can process 6 to 15 kilograms of roasted coffee per batch, making it ideal for artisanal coffee roasting.
The filters do not require a gas or electricity connection, making the system energy-efficient and easy to use. Thanks to the high-quality carbon filters, roasting can be done for up to 1,000 hours without any noticeable loss of filtration performance.
With our green bean loader, loading the coffee roaster becomes a simple and precise task.
The loader is fully controlled via the Dutch Master Roaster iPad app, where you can also see exactly how much coffee is being loaded. Thanks to the integrated weighing function, you always know precisely how much green coffee you are roasting: convenience and control in one system.
Because you can read both the weight of the green coffee before roasting and that of the roasted coffee in the cooling sieve, you always have immediate insight into your net yield.
