As of 1 June 2020 Dutch Master Roasters respects your personal data and ensures that the personal information provided to us or otherwise obtained is treated confidentially. The following gives effect to the obligation, laid down in the General Data Protection Regulation, to provide information to the party/parties concerned whose personal data is processed by Dutch Master Roasters., with its registered office at Brede Steeg 10 7041 GW ’s-Heerenberg, the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data as reflected in this privacy statement.

Personal data processed by us
Dutch Master Roasters processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us. Below is a list of the personal data we process:

  • First name and surname.
  • Gender.
  • Address details.
  • Telephone number.
  • Email address.
  • Other personal data that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on the website, in     correspondence and by telephone.
  • Details of your activities on our website.
  • Details of your browsing behaviour across different websites (for example because this company is part of an advertising network).
  • Financial details, such as your bank account number.

 

Special and/or sensitive personal data processed by us
Our website and/or service does not have the intention to gather data about website visitors who are younger than 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian.

However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16.

We therefore recommend that parents are involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being gathered without parental consent.

  • Dutch Master Roasters analyses your behaviour on the website so that we can improve the website and match the range of products and services to your preferences.

We adhere to the following retention periods for personal data: Retention period of two (2) years or if based on applicable regulations a longer period is valid during that longer period. Reason: tracing follow-up questions for sales and service as well as complying with applicable regulations.
