At the same time, the company looks to the future. By combining craftsmanship with modern technology, quality is not only preserved but further refined.
Since 2019, De Pelikaan has been working with a Dutch Master Roaster. The choice for Dutch Master Roasters was deliberate—not only because of the quality of the roaster but also because it is a Dutch company and the machine is manufactured in the Netherlands.
De Pelikaan shows that tradition and innovation do not exclude each other. By combining artisanal coffee roasting with a modern roaster, there is room to further develop flavor.
In addition to technology, appearance played an important role. The coffee roaster is finished in a color scheme that matches De Pelikaan’s gold-and-black corporate identity. This makes the roaster a natural part of the whole— not only functional but also visually aligned with the brand and its identity.
